Self explanative topic:

Do not attack other factions on your own, you must request IC and OOC permission for it - members allowed to give the permission: Sargeant At Arms, Secretary, Vice-President, President or any member that the leaders give permission for an specific attack;
Once you recieved any administrative punishments, it's your OBBLIGATION to inform me, via any mean, forum PM, MSN, Skype, IRC whatever you want to. This might be your only chance to escape a warning when recieving a punishment. Fail to warn me will get you an instant strike;
Talking about strikes: if you recieve three of them, you're out of the faction. If you still want to play in the faction you will have to ask permission from me to come back. Be sure though that 9/10 cases will be denied;
We do accept alts if your Khan account is the main one. This means do not play on your alts when we are on peak time of activity;
We don't need to say again that you're still under the server/forum/gang rules;
/b will not be tolerated during RP scenes;
You must be fluent in english or at least, able to communicate effectively;
Follow the TS channel rules;
Be active on forums;
No OOC in /r(adio).
Don't fuck around OOCly.
Roleplay at all times! Your bike crashes, your shooting wounds, everything.
Don't ask for ranks or patches OOCly, it'll probably decrease your chances to earn it.
Don't be trigger happy, it normally ruins alot of roleplay. Know what kind of power you got, know when to use it aswell.

Q: If someone got a lot of trouble with cops (lots of jail and LSP but not in a retarded manner / noob role play), did that individual will get a strike?

He'll get IC heat. And might be considered in bad standing IC.
